Challenge
Complex multi-vendor upgrade of the national digital radio system required some technical cohesion and alignment. This included the need to mitigate risks associated with service outages during / post the cutover.
Solution
Provide technical specialist support for upgrade assurance. Which included oversight of suppliers during the design, build and nationwide upgrade / migration phases of the entire network. Design, test and implement new secure IP networking solutions that also enhanced performance and resilience, ultimately increasing service availability. Testing all new features and services. Base stations backhaul migration from E1 to IP MPLS.
